A Pinch of Salt...

The paintings in this solo exhibition were titled with some of the familiar nautical expressions of yesteryear Kerry found in Captain Nick Bates book titled With a Pinch of Salt. She was also inspired by the big sky, the unattainable horizon which she has experienced on long sea voyages especially the shimmering blues, greens, turquoise and unfathomable purples of the deep ocean magically punctuated with irridescence of sea life.
